13 High Street

We are delighted to announce that Davies Associates have been appointed as Quantity Surveyors for the redevelopment of Creasey’s flagship store in St Peter Port.

The project involves the strip out, demolition and reconstruction of 13 High Street along with the refurbishment of the majority of the department store on 6 levels to form upgraded retail space and a new restaurant.

The strip out of the building commenced in November 2022.
