Davies Associates were set up in 2014 by Graham Davies MRICS. Previously, Graham held senior positions at several large UK Quantity Surveying practices during his 20 year career in the UK industry before relocating to Guernsey in 2012. Since then Graham has been involved in a number of iconic developments in Guernsey, Jersey and the UK for a variety of commercial developers as well as public and private sector clients.

The ethos of the practice is to provide exceptional consultancy tailored to each client’s individual project requirements. This has resulted in over 80% of the practice’s turnover now coming from repeat business or direct referrals from existing clients.

We do not work for, or on behalf of building contractors, in order for our advice to remain completely independent and in the best interests of our clients.
