Work continues on unique St Peter Port property

Davies Associates have been appointed to act as Quantity Surveyor for the full restoration of this period property in St Peter Port. The development includes forming a basement to maximise the footprint of the building, an internal redesign of the existing property, forming a new extension to house a kitchen, utility area and gym and the forming of an outdoor pool and pool house. The property will benefit from high specification finishes throughout and convert the property into a unique contemporary home for its new owners.

Work is currently on programme and due for completion in Autumn 2022.
