Davies Associates appointed for high specification residential project

Davies Associates are delighted to announce their appointment as Quantity Surveyor on a new build property on the St Martin’s coast. The new property will be the family home of a local Chartered Architect.

Work commenced in the spring of 2020 and the building is now taking shape with the timber frame and roof complete and stonework well underway.

Despite the challenges that the coronavirus restrictions have bought to the project, the team has worked hard to minimise the impact on the programme and crucial supplies from overseas.

The project will be complete by the spring of 2021 so watch this space for more details of progress.
