Work starts on exciting new residential property in Village de Putron

Work to demolish and redevelop a property in the heart of Village de Putron has started. The initial phases of the project will include services diversions, demolition of the existing house and extensive groundworks.

Davies Associates have been appointed to provide both Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration services on this exciting development. The project will see the construction of a high specification dwelling with fantastic views of Herm and Sark that includes an indoor salt water swimming pool, a gym and solar panels that will contribute to the electrical demands of the property.

Works are scheduled for completion in early 2022.
